Take a baggie throw in a skinless boneless chicken brest

    Pour in ittalian dressing

    Throw it in the fridge

    Next day for dinner

Pour chicken and dressing into a glass cooking pan

And I think its 375 for about 35 minutes?

I always mess that part up

Right before the chicken is done make a bag of lipton garlic noodles

Use the noodles as a bed put chicken on top

Add a veggie and dinner is done

Hey I'm a single dad its the best I can do.

But that's about how we eat every night.

    Peaches and chicken

Chicken breasts in glass cooking pan

Pour in half the juice from a can of peach halves

    Cook for 20 @ 375

Pour rest of juice and peach halves into pan

Cook 10 more or until done

    Sprinkle cinnimon on top

    And eat

    Dang it...I'm hungry again!
    ...and my mouth is watering...

Weight Watcher friendly spaghetti sauce (cuz I'm on WW)

1 lb extra lean ground beef

    1C chopped onion

1C chopped bell pepper (I use red, yellow and orange ones)

    1C chopped carrot

add as much chopped garlic as you like (I love garlic!)

1 jar or can spaghetti sauce

1 28oz can petite diced tomatoes

1 28 oz can crushed tomatoes

1 T. sugar (just enough to cut the acidity of the tomatoes)

    1-2 T. Italian seasoning

brown beef and throw in the onion, peppers, carrots & garlic. Add tomato products, sugar and italian seasoning. Simmer about 1hr.
