So as the the title describes BlackBerry keeps giving me update notifications and then when I try install it tells me I cant... because I don't have 10.3 +. Why are they teasing us so much.

I think it is targetted attack on the OP myself. I can just picture them in the backroom drinking beers and eating pizza saying to themselves, "Let's bugger Matty."
