That's at an additional cost per year per email account, not free, it also means putting all your business communication trough Google, I don't like that at all. We're talking why blackberry is expensive in this thread, this is included in the blackberry price, no extra cost to worry about.

PS you can have this for free for up to 10 accounts.

You don't but plenty that plan to use it in conjunction with their business or job do and it's included in the initial blackberry price.

The BlackBerry email address isn't that useful. You can't view it via PC. I tried it out once and deleted it. I got spam on it.

BES is not about emails or about contacts calendar synch, is about controlling what the employees can do or not do on the handsets, example a password can be forced on the handset that the user can't disable, the IT can block the use of certain features on the handset, example camera, browser, apps etc
