- Blackberry is always more expensive than cellphones with similar or better specs. I could easily get an HTC with better specs, faster browser and far more apps available at a lower price then let's say a 9700.
I just don't get why they are sold at a premium compared to other brands.

And what do we know about Norway, hmmm let's see what does Norway offer the world........NOTHING...
The world won't even miss Norway if it was drowned. I guess we won't even miss it for a week...
Get real before you go on about "Third" world countries like China and India....we don't live on borrowed money like Europe.04-07-11 09:21 AMLike 0 - You also pay more for that blackberry badge, let's be honest. Same as Apple and their iphones.
HTC...... Not so much.
Sure a Hyunday is a good car but it's no Honda.
Here's the thing, how many of the earlyer Androids do you still see in use? G1, Hero etc
I see plenty 8300s bolds 9000, even see 88004 and 8700s and this means they are well built. A new HTC might look shiny but how does it look after 3 years?
Where are all the iphone edge?

I think in 2011 even with new ones coming out they will be priced right.04-07-11 09:26 AMLike 0 - You also pay more for that blackberry badge, let's be honest. Same as Apple and their iphones.

Still see a lot of 8800's and 8700's. Goes to prove that all that glitters is not gold.
And the thing everyone misses out on is that the 8800 is just as functional as any latest model. Only addition would be a webkit browser, better multimedia. But it still delivers where it matters04-07-11 09:28 AMLike 0 - Blackberry is always more expensive than cellphones with similar or better specs. Blackberry users are mostly old farts or people like me who have a lot of friends and need a convenient text messaging device. I don't care aboute technology. As long as I can watch porn on my phone and send messages I am happy.04-07-11 09:38 AMLike 0 -
- Then why are you asking these questions about being tooo expensive and looking alike if you have a bold and another on the way. I just have a hard time believing this and where you are going with this thread. I am in agreement with everyone else on here. You just are not making sence to me... Sorry bro.04-07-11 09:46 AMLike 0

Post in the Right Forum
We’ve done our best to layout the forum categories so they are logical and make sense. When you are creating a new thread, do your best to get it in the right category. We want these forums to be value added and educational. The General CrackBerry Discussion and General RIM/BlackBerry Discussion are good places to post if you have a serious question but are not quite sure where to put it. These forums are less stringently moderated, while specific forums (BlackBerry 8700 Series for example) are more strictly moderated to maintain their quality and usefulness.
And of course, we also have the Off-Topic Discussion forum. This is the place on the site to have fun and talk about whatever. From sports to the weather to what to buy your girlfriend for her birthday (buying her a new blackberry is always a good thing), anything goes in here. Just remember to keep it clean, keep it productive and keep it legal!
Make Meaningful Posts
While CrackBerry.com is geared as much towards entertaining and connecting the Crackberry community as it is to helping solve problems and staying on top of news and rumors, all posts made within the site should be value added and on topic to the thread (even in the free for all). Hijacking a thread off-topic is a big No-No, and posts made for no reason other than to increase post count will be wiped from the site.
Personal Attacks
Do not flame, insult or post personal attacks against other users. Be courteous, not rude. Any instances or reports of harassment of members will be treated seriously. If you want an iphone then buy that. If you want a blackberry then by that. And from what you have said it sounds like you just want to **** and moan and then stay on blackberry.04-07-11 10:37 AMLike 2
- listen bro: there's a reason why you don't see 3 year old androids, becaue technology is changing fast, and people who love Android phones love hi-tech. Same with Apple-nerds.

- kbz1960Doesn't MatterThe OP is just saying what has been said on here soooooooooooooooooooo many times.
The bb should be cheaper because it's specs (not what it can do) don't come close to other phones specs for the same price and I hate to say it but do agree.
I'm sure most of you know that.04-07-11 11:47 AMLike 0 - Norli, tough day at work today or something????? SHESH, give it a rest!!!!!
