Am I in time out for something?
I'm going to assume it's because you keep posting in off topic, where post count does not go up, any posts made in OT will not add to post count.

Got it. Thanks.
Also, any post in Social Users & Pin Sharing will not bump your
post count. But honestly, it doesn't really matter. Post counts
are really unimportant.
What matters is what you put in and what you get out of the site.
Good time for this question. If you reply to posts you have already previously replied to () will it count?
I guess I could test this out on my own...NOPE!
Yes, mine go up.
I guess I should try this out of the "Off-Topic" section huh? :o
That's Stupid.
ANY and ALL Posts that meet the Prerequisite to be considered "Postable" Should Contribute to the "Posts" Count.
I'm sure you can argue that in order to get the much desired Crackberry Genius/God Title you should know about Blackberry's or whatever.
But What If I ask 3,000 Questions in the Storm thread, Certainly I wouldn't be considered any smarter than someone who made 3,000 posts in the "Off-Topic Discussion" Thread.
Anyone who makes a post contributes to this site, whether you consider it "valid" or not-
How about all those Stupid Bold Prediction Posts?
What good came from all FIVE MONTHS WORTH OF THAT GARBAGE?
Nothing.
Why Should They Be Counted?
Sorry for the rant, I was just a little annoyed.
I post here often and was confused why my post count didn't go up either.
Now I know why My Posts Haven't Gone Up, because Apparently They Don't Matter.
Wow, I didn't even know there was a post counter...

That's what I love about the Off-Topic thread PRADA...you should be able to get off your chest whatever you want (as long it's within the guidelines). No need to be sorry :D
I agree with you 100% on the same lame posts about the release of this and the unvailing of that. Mostly because people don't use the search option (like I missed as a newbie). I trust the news on the Forums homepage and tend to ignore the ranting and raving.
As far as the post counts. If a person asks / answers 3000 questions on topics within a specific thread (BB related), don't you think they would (hopefully) gain knowledge? If a person asks / answers 3000 questions in this thread, it could be just about anything. :)
