Yup, I tried not to, but they seem to be only offended with one president, who they refer to as BHO, violations the constitution. There's so much to disagree with in your posts that it's difficult to know where to begin. So, I'll start by your measure, not mine or anyone else's - you brought it up, that issuing Executive Orders (EOs) equates to not following the Constitution. Since you are so incensed that President Obama has issued EOs and even go so far to say that you've never seen this before, then I can only surmise that you either don't know your history or that you are between 1 and 7 years old.

As of July 20, 2016, according to UCSB, President Obama has issued a total of 228 EOs, less than W's total of 291 and Reagan's total of 381 (which, by the way, was even higher than Clinton's 364). Were you as appalled and aghast at their not following the Constitution as you are with Obama's? Oh, that's right, you probably weren't alive back then.

Canadian news just told us that Marco Rubio's tv commercial was using the Vancouver skyline and photos as "America." so there is talk of this here, but Americans probably dont know or care about this.

I cant believe no one else Googled that Rubio was arrested in 1990 at a gay night club and apparently frenquented them often. I am suprised mainstream media hasnt discovered this yet, unless Trump was saving this info in case he pulled ahead of him. Rubio apparently wrote a book and he omitted this little factoid.

Political Analyists have already declared Trump the winner as President and basically no one can touch him. There is speculation that if the GOP does NOT let him run it would destroy the Republican party because he is unstoppable.

I am Canadian and cannot vote so I have no bias, but we know a LOT about the US elections because they directly effect the rest of the world.

In 1986, Reagan signed the Immigration Reform and Control Act of 1986, which granted what you would probably call amnesty to upwards of 2.7 million illegal immigrants providing they met certain conditions such as length of stay in the US and a crime-free past. Regardless of whether such an act went through Congress or was implemented as an EO, the result is functionally the same as is the intention - to selectively enforce federal immigration laws based either on humanitarian grounds or a perceived longterm benefit to the US.

Again, you people act like Obama has done and is still doing things that NO president has ever done before, which is absolutely ridiculous. You claim he selectively enforces the laws, well I say you selectively reference history. The only thing he's ever done that no president before him did is produce his birth certificate because of lies and slander from those on the other side that he's not a citizen, never actually went to college, pals around with terrorists, and other garbage. THAT was unprecedented.

I come from immigrant parents and I'm for a conservative plan on immigration, but Trumps idea that he will just deport everyone is beyond ridiculous and frankly, impossible to do. The country needs to blame something and these people are blaming immigrants, as if that is the issue to our problems, that's just stupid.
The outsourcing.. good luck changing that in congress, might as well do an executive order.. just like Obama.
And seriously.. Muslims? We barely even let them in, don't know why people are complaining about that for.

I'm in California, no matter how conservative people are here the vote will be democrat, so I can't do much. I rarely see any signs for any candidate actually.

It's not about using executives orders. It's about using executive order to tell the nation I will ignore these laws. I have never seen it done. He did not use executive order to change the law. He used it to direct the federal government to look the other way. He has directed the border patrol to release captured immigrants and not to show up at hearings. That is a violation of law that keeps us safe. That is also how he allowed for marijuana use to be legal in states. He told the federal government not to enforce it, to look the other way.

Whether I agree with that or not, that is hardly the work of a constitutionalist, which is my original point.

Rubio was arrested with 2 others while underage, drinking in a park after it was closed. No nightclub! Charges were later dropped.

It seems one of his accomplices was later charged for using his property for gay porn.

Wait a minute, wait a minute, wait a minute. So, you have stated VERY clearly in your previous posts that you lament the fact that the states don't have as much power as they should, but now you're upset that President Obama has left the particular issue of marijuana up to the states? As you might say, "The people have spoken." They spoke very clearly in Colorado, for example, that marijuana should be legalized. Furthermore, why are you upset that the President is using prosecutorial discretion (which, yes, other presidents have used in the past - Obama is, again, not the first despite your huffing and puffing) to not enforce laws that do nothing but spend hundreds of millions of taxpayer dollars on feeding the prison industrial complex by locking up young men (mostly men of color) for years and years and create a generation or more of angry, disaffected men who, if they get out of prison, will have great difficulty finding jobs because of their "criminal" record, forcing them to either go on unemployment insurance while they look for a job or further into a life of crime because the system has locked them out?

I have to say, I don't think you even know what your own political position is. You're not a pure ideologue, because your ideological stance regarding a particular issue - states' rights, for example - shifts depending on whether it's President Obama or anyone else turning more power over to the states. In the case of the former, it's bad and unconstitutional; in the case of the latter, it's good and constitutional. You're clearly not a historian, because you find President Obama's actions as president unprecedented when that is simply not true. Since you don't know your own political position, I'm just going to assume you are an anti-Obama-ite suffering from a clear case of Obama Derangement Syndrome.
