- Yup, I tried not to, but they seem to be only offended with one president, who they refer to as BHO, violations the constitution. Just like the call for states rights, since the civil war, has always been associated with, "we know how to treat our N-word...". I guess it was time to clear the air...Doggerz likes this.02-15-16 06:19 PMLike 1

As of July 20, 2016, according to UCSB, President Obama has issued a total of 228 EOs, less than W's total of 291 and Reagan's total of 381 (which, by the way, was even higher than Clinton's 364). Were you as appalled and aghast at their not following the Constitution as you are with Obama's? Oh, that's right, you probably weren't alive back then.

I cant believe no one else Googled that Rubio was arrested in 1990 at a gay night club and apparently frenquented them often. I am suprised mainstream media hasnt discovered this yet, unless Trump was saving this info in case he pulled ahead of him. Rubio apparently wrote a book and he omitted this little factoid.
Ultimately I cannot see Americans voting for a Socialist (Bernie)
Political Analyists have already declared Trump the winner as President and basically no one can touch him. There is speculation that if the GOP does NOT let him run it would destroy the Republican party because he is unstoppable.
I am Canadian and cannot vote so I have no bias, but we know a LOT about the US elections because they directly effect the rest of the world.
Pierre Trudeau said it best: "Living next to you in some ways is like sleeping with an elephant. No matter how friendly and even-tempered is the beast, if I can call it that, one is affected by every twitch and grunt."

In 1986, Reagan signed the Immigration Reform and Control Act of 1986, which granted what you would probably call amnesty to upwards of 2.7 million illegal immigrants providing they met certain conditions such as length of stay in the US and a crime-free past. Regardless of whether such an act went through Congress or was implemented as an EO, the result is functionally the same as is the intention - to selectively enforce federal immigration laws based either on humanitarian grounds or a perceived longterm benefit to the US.
Again, you people act like Obama has done and is still doing things that NO president has ever done before, which is absolutely ridiculous. You claim he selectively enforces the laws, well I say you selectively reference history. The only thing he's ever done that no president before him did is produce his birth certificate because of lies and slander from those on the other side that he's not a citizen, never actually went to college, pals around with terrorists, and other garbage. THAT was unprecedented.
Posted via CB1002-15-16 09:31 PMLike 3 - I come from immigrant parents and I'm for a conservative plan on immigration, but Trumps idea that he will just deport everyone is beyond ridiculous and frankly, impossible to do. The country needs to blame something and these people are blaming immigrants, as if that is the issue to our problems, that's just stupid.
The outsourcing.. good luck changing that in congress, might as well do an executive order.. just like Obama.
And seriously.. Muslims? We barely even let them in, don't know why people are complaining about that for.
I'm in California, no matter how conservative people are here the vote will be democrat, so I can't do much. I rarely see any signs for any candidate actually.
I'll let you guys have your choice but seriously, Trump is not the right candidate, the president can only do so much, congress has more power but a leader like Trump will just make us look like a joke to the world.
Rand Paul is really the best option.

- There's so much to disagree with in your posts that it's difficult to know where to begin. So, I'll start by your measure, not mine or anyone else's - you brought it up, that issuing Executive Orders (EOs) equates to not following the Constitution. Since you are so incensed that President Obama has issued EOs and even go so far to say that you've never seen this before, then I can only surmise that you either don't know your history or that you are between 1 and 7 years old.

Whether I agree with that or not, that is hardly the work of a constitutionalist, which is my original point.

I don't support Rubio. I think he is a phony. That aside . . .
Seems you have your factoids wrong.
Rubio was arrested with 2 others while underage, drinking in a park after it was closed. No nightclub! Charges were later dropped.
It seems one of his accomplices was later charged for using his property for gay porn.

Of all the 2016 chodes in the running, Gary Johnson is the one I'd be most likely to cast my vote for... If I'm going to throw away my vote I'd prefer to do in a way that isn't simply pandering to the "settling for the lesser of 2 evils" ploy, a tactic the #TwoPartyFAIL has successfully banked on for decades...

In a few decades you'll be dead and everything you're angry about won't matter anymore. My advice is to drop some acid and smoke some weed and enjoy the ride.
Imagine a world with no Texans. No Republicans. No tesbaggers. No religion. No *** probes. Now that would be great.
Z30STA100-5 / 10.3.2.2813 / T-Mobile02-16-16 12:17 PMLike 4 - So I guess if they come here and break the law it does not matter?
I know the government wants them here to put Americans out of work but the LAW is the LAW!
Try sneaking into Mexico and see what the hell they do to you! On their southern border they have their military with machine guns to keep their border safe but can we do that here, no because we should just let criminals who are breaking our laws stay.
yes a lot of them are not rapists and gang members and just want to work but stay in your own country and save your own crappy country and leave us alone!
Come to Texas and see the damage and cost we have to pay for the millions of them here and then say feed me house me give me give me give me, hell with you all, go back where you came from!02-16-16 01:41 PMLike 0 - I think one thing we could agree / compromise on is that it would be perfectly fine with my socially liberal *** if a wall was put up between Texas and the rest of the United States and Mexico. And like minded people could move to Texas. Then you guys can defund planned Parenthood, teach the the earth is only 6000 years old and not learn about the rest of the world, and yes be free of your pesky Mexicans too. Would suit me just fine if I never had to hear the hatred of the likes of Ted Cruz or the other politicians who want their perverted idea of Jesus to be the law of the land.

Posted from my Verizon Z10 10.3.2.85802-16-16 04:02 PMLike 5 - It's not about using executives orders. It's about using executive order to tell the nation I will ignore these laws. I have never seen it done. He did not use executive order to change the law. He used it to direct the federal government to look the other way. He has directed the border patrol to release captured immigrants and not to show up at hearings. That is a violation of law that keeps us safe. That is also how he allowed for marijuana use to be legal in states. He told the federal government not to enforce it, to look the other way.
Whether I agree with that or not, that is hardly the work of a constitutionalist, which is my original point.

I have to say, I don't think you even know what your own political position is. You're not a pure ideologue, because your ideological stance regarding a particular issue - states' rights, for example - shifts depending on whether it's President Obama or anyone else turning more power over to the states. In the case of the former, it's bad and unconstitutional; in the case of the latter, it's good and constitutional. You're clearly not a historian, because you find President Obama's actions as president unprecedented when that is simply not true. Since you don't know your own political position, I'm just going to assume you are an anti-Obama-ite suffering from a clear case of Obama Derangement Syndrome.

So keep that one strait, you're voting for the ones that's keeping them "illegal". And we don't have the resources to round them all up and ship them all back. And do remember there are more than just Mexican's here illegally, we have them here from all over the world...bungaboy likes this.02-16-16 06:03 PMLike 1 - No way. Let's sell it.
