Being a single mom and working full time is hard as ****. I feel totally and completely exhausted. I love my kids and couldn't imagine my life without them. I still get jealous of my friends who can go out whenever and wherever spur of the moment. I wish their dad had his **** together and I could get a break every now and then. This jobs feels thankless even though I know my kids love me. Blah!

I hate to come here and talk about political stuff, but today I have about had it.
Besides all of use being given a line about this economy and that they now need 850 billion with the pork they added. There is a more serious issue.
I got off the phone with my friend he lives in Ohio. He does crazy stuff and is at a college. He tells me about how these people are trying to get new voters. They have buses and vans to take students, homeless people and even he says most likely illegal aliens. That seems a little far fetched but he is there.
Anyway they are suppose to be impartial to who to vote for but they get these people on the bus and convince them to vote for Obama. Also 99% of these impartial volunteers are Democratic voters. That's not bad if your going to keep your mouth shut and do what your suppose to do.
Don't know how many really know or understand what Acorn is and how Obama is affiliated with them. In a way this is the same low handed moves they use with low level intimidation. Also some really hard core stuff was used by them.
Here is my problem being an Independent voter.
Some of us fought for the right to vote here in America. Some of us fought and are fighting in other countries for free and fair elections.
Has of this election in the USA those hard fought battles with people dying have been shot down. This will be the most corrupt election in the history of the USA. We have Paperless voting on computers with no way to know who was really voted for.
You have this situation of doing one day gatherings and only having to show a gas or electric bill to sign and vote. Then you could do early voting right after you sign up. No way of telling if your here legally or the real person you say you are.
A complete travesty in free elections. Today at the age of almost 60 I realized what I put my life on the line for has been completely hijacked and turned into a mockery of justice.
I have come to the conclusion the Democrats can not win an election on the issues. They need to use dirty handed tricks to get people to vote in this day and age. Trust me I have voted Democratic and Republican since my party cannot muster the ability to be a true party like it should be.
For all those men and women fighting and who have fought fought for this country we have been stabbed in the back. Our Fore fathers are turning in their graves at what has been going on these last couple of months. I am sorry if I used this forum for a political statement but this is what is on my mind.
Beware of what shall be the foundation of our Republic. With the bill just passed and if the Democrats get in the next person to take over this giving out money and dealing with socialism of the banking Industry let alone the ability to put almost a new Supreme Court in. We are headed in a downward spiral to the end of this great nation.
Maybe it is true that nations only last 200-300yrs in most cases. Maybe has we become a 3rd world country we will see what the founders of the Constitution were afraid of happening.
Today I hold my head in shame of the shenanigans that a party will use to win a election.
