I am just about to start dinner
beef in red wine with peppers and mushrooms.
With pots lightly fried in onion and paprika
sweet peas and baby sweet corn on the side.
I am a 24 stone man trapped in a 13 stone body :D

well everything is on a bottle of red wine has disappeared and life is a good place
for dinner last night:
- penne with crumbled italian sausage (from a local butcher, yum!), sundried tomato, wilted spinach and parmesano.
- a cinnamon and brown sugar baked apple over vanilla ice cream. (made a caramel sauce to go with but the phone rang and it browned too much for me to like)
- steam whistle beer
i didn't make anything for breakfast. i had a yogurt.
Smoked first ribs over the year today..not too bad

Sauteed Spinach w/Fresh Garlic

tonight
- herb & lime crusted tilapia
- stir fried green beans with garlic and chili
- brown rice
Chicken thighs rolled with proscutto and a mix of fresh herbs (basil,rosemary,parsley,sage) inside. browned then simmered in red wine. Rice and a salad. It will be awhile before I eat just got started. Ill just have some wine while they cook. Homemade pinot noir. Damn it cold here
