What are some fun computer games?

So really, I haven't played video games since Nintendo 64. I had a Nintendo DS for a short time and I really liked Sims Desert Island.

I also like Escape Whisper Island on my Dell, and I just started playing Plants Vs Zombies.

What are some fun games like those? Oh, I also liked Animal Crossing on the DS. It was cute and I like long term games that can be interactive.

Does anyone play Second Life anymore. I remember hearing about that a long time ago and it sounded awesome but I didn't have a PC then.

Hey! I love N64! My brother and I still play!
A really cool (but old) computer game is Age of Empires; and Age of Kings. You get to build your own empire/kingdom and battle other societies and try to gain control of as many institutions as possible. It's really fun! You can even command your animals (tigers and lions!) to attack enemies! :) Nintendo DS is awesome, too! You can play Pokemon games on PC, as well. Have fun!

Dungeon Defenders is free this weekend, you can get it through Steam. That's a great little game.

I bought a PC game called Haunted Realms. I think that's the name. It was awesome but WAY to short!

Remember Maniac Mansion on Nintendo? That's the kind of game I'm looking for.

I'm playing Plants V Zombies at the moment. It's fun but too fast paced for me. I'm almost at the end.

The Haunted Realm is by POPCAP as well.

Ok, so the little zombies were pretty easy. Got through all levels without repeating any.

I can't seem to get passed the huge zombie. I think it's the final one but not sure.

What's the secret? I can't even make it halfway.

Ok, I saw a TV Show called the Top 100 video games and it got me into it again.

I see I can get BioShock for the PC. Is there any way to get Nintendo games for the PC too?

Also, are there gaming controllers for the PC? Will my Dell take one?

A Nintendo Emulator will allow you to play the games on your PC. Also, I have used my xbox controller on my PC but you will need a receiver to work.

Yeah, been years since I have used one but searching for "NES ROM Emulator" should do the trick. Hopefully you'll find something worth it. Good luck with your old school gaming.
