either grab an ice cold beer or have a cup of wine, relax in silence for about 15 to 20 minutes. cook dinner either by myself or with my girlfriend, depends if she's already home from work...have dinner, relax, be on cb.com(24/7),
First thing I do when I get home from work is park. Second thing is a combination of walking to the front door, unlocking it, opening, and stepping through it.

1. Take a leak
2. Throw clothes onto the floor, chairs or bed, scratch and put on sweats
3. RAID the fridge and make dinner for later
4. check Tivo
5. Go to the gym, pool or run (workout time for an hour or more)
6. Once home kill and eat, pretty much anything that does not move faster than I do.
Throw my pants in the laundry basket. Sit on couch in boxers and watch TV. If it's 6pm and my pants are still on, it's either a formal occasion or I forgot to pay the gas bill.
change, pick up after the don't give a sh*t because it ain't there place contractors, play with the nephew if he's there, eat, play with the girl, sleep... depends on the day for anything else
ohh yeah there's the ever important visit to the porcelin throne... must not forget that
If it's a 'normal' day...I check the mail, turn on the tube in time for the nightly news, eat dinner, workout, eat again, catch up on work that wasn't completed during the day because of numerous self-inflicted distractions (CB being one of them), waste more time in-between, slumber.
Every other day sans being normal...I break my new year's resolution and glide off buildings in a glorified one-piece michelin tire, l intentionally talk in a raspy voice that is quite painful to my vocal chords...all while I pull an all-nighter kicking some criminal ***.
