Yes, but thats no fun.... Mavis + nothing else is a party, more party than most are used to... So Mavis tried to make parties without her so she can show up and enjoy, rather than be the life of the party. It's fun, but it's tiring...

everyone thinks being a firefighter is a great job and "rewarding" in a way it is, but you see so much bad stuff, i was on a call were a girl was in a wrecked car, when i got up to the car i knew the girl, she was a close friend from high school, i go in the passenger seat to start and take care of her, she was barely responding to me, she was awake enough to know i was there, she grabbed my hand and held my hand as she was dying....thats just some of the stuff i deal with

ah, so when mavis throws a party, she can only show up at the end and blow it all up. if shes there the whole time, everyone OD's on party pretty quickly.

wow. yeah thats pretty rough.
i deal with the same stuff indirectly and its hard enough for me to just talk to the family or a lawyer or something, i probably couldnt handle that. i respect you for sure.

All I can really add, is I always enter the room with the song "Its Tricky" by RUN DMC......and usually leave after horking in a houseplant or Boo-boo kittys litterbox, etc.. All the little details/logistics in between are always a little foggy.

Not quite... Mavis can show up to a good / great party and make them amazing with little to no effort. However, if there's a poopie party, she can make it amazing, but it takes a little of her pixie powder, which she can only harvest very slowly...

Pixies are getting harder and harder to trap, and the DNR has made them a protected species, so Mavis has to be extra careful where she uses the dust...
