My fire department pays for officers to have a smart phone so they can check emails, etc. It's a GREAT DEAL since you're basically getting free service. You pay for the phone though, but that's still a great savings of $100 a month.

I work at VZW, and while i didnt opt for the associate line, its still a helpful sales tool when i can show the customer that im using the technology im trying to sell them.

I also buy restore and sell motorcycles and cars as a hobby and it helps me juggle all the questions and emails.

I'm a Business Broker, which is to say I work with companies and individuals in their efforts to buy and sell businesses. The biggest complaint most people have about Business Brokers is that you can't get in contact with them, and they never return calls or e-mail. With the BB, I do both almost immediately, and that gives me an incredible edge on the competition.

Vascular surgeon. I have my phone on silent except phone calls when operating. The calendar and emails are key. Also use the memo a lot for little notes.

Domestic Engineer (Housewife). I use it to keep track of what I need to do. I check email while I am out. I use the ICQ and Yahoo because my husband is overseas and I do not want to miss his messages. It is also good to talk with friends while sitting in the waiting room waiting for my appointments. The calendar is great and since we homeschool it keeps track of all of our activities, appointments, and tasks. I would never give it up. BB is great for busy stay-at-home moms.
I toally agree with I am SAHM mom too. I have 3 boys who r in school, scouts, sports. Scout leaders, and pta communicate through email a lot. So I am happy to have my email in my pocket. Plus I like having my yahoo msg with everywhere.

Sprint/Nextel - Senior Resource Specialist on BlackBerry Helpdesk Inbound Center. So I basically sit around and troubleshoot BlackBerry's all day. I also assist our on site training department with writing curriculum and creating exams for new hire training. I will never own another phone besides BlackBerry as for the iPhone, well I bought an iPod Touch and that does the trick!

    Which blackberry is your favorite?

We loved our iPhones. But I guess I don't have to have touch screen and I have to admit, the limited texting I have done on the palm pre is easier when you can feel the keypad. But..that being said, we have to get rid of our Sprint palm pre as well..only one day into contract and even though we are in sprint area, we are picking up a stronger signal by an alltel tower...so it's roaming all the time.

Our only choices here are Verizon/alltel.
