Stay at home mom. I thought when she was a baby and a techie friend had a BB it was overkill for me. I couldn't have kept it all together at 4 1/2 at recital time! I am also a church choir director.

I do I.T. for a chemical company. There's two of us servicing a global company with offices in the USA, the UK, and Asia. We actually have a BES server and have BBs deployed to about... 15 users, mostly salespeople and executives.
For me and the other I.T. guy (my boss) they're indispensable given that we have e-mails coming in 24/7 from our offices.
We've actually been testing iPhones for enterprise deployment. My boss *LOVES* his iPhone and says he's "over" BBs, but I don't think they're ready for enterprise "prime time" quite yet.
Our CEO is a huge iPhone fan as well, but even he has a Bold that he takes with him when he travels. :)
Like the previous 2, I am also in Healthcare Administration. Sales Administration to be exact. On any given day I can get anywhere from 50 to 100 e mails in one day, and if I'm not in the office, my Blackberry helps me stay on top of issues that need to be addressed ASAP.
Being linked up to my company's server helps because they are my backup assistant - which I know...never fails!! :D
I am in Marketing - use it to sync my calender and contacts. Receive like 50 email a day, would be lost without it!!!
