    $200 is my budget for a camera right now. With that, I could get a Samsung Galaxy S5 which has a decent camera, but I am not sure if I should go for a dedicated camera at that price.

    I like to make some biking videos with my Z10/Q10, and I am not that happy with the video quality on this.

    well a new Android would have a great camera but might cost you more than 200 bucks. Maybe you'd be better off with a dedicated camera instead? My G4 has a great camera...but my phone cost way more than 200
