All the good stouts have light chocolate notes, from the malts. Youngs uses chocolate malts and adds a little chocolate to it for good measure. The chocolate taste is in the background and it is very smooth, slightly sweet, with none of the bitterness of a Guiness or Murphy's.

St. Louis is great, love that city. Superb food and music, though DT is a little run down. Personally, I prefer smelling the BBQ to the brewery, but that's me.
