I'm trying to decide between Verizon and AT&T, but I'd like to research the difference between the two first. Does Verizon have better customer service and tower service?

i have them both. verizon for business, and AT&T for personal. IMHO Verizon has the best Customer Service. other than that, they are both good. where i live i always have great coverage with both.

Version gets better phone first the only one they didn't get first is the iphone and sprint can keep that one

I have had verizon for years and I love them, I know they cost more, but I have yet to drop a call with my current phone or find a place I cant make a call, so any extra money is worth it for me.

Never had AT&T, I have had Sprint, TMo and now Verizon. I love Verizon, yes it is a little more but their customer service is outstanding. I can be difficult sometimes but I have never had to with Verizon- any problems or requests are always taken care of- Sprint could really take a lesson.

well it depends on where you live. The hubby and I had AT&T 7yrs back and the service was terrible in our area-but we took my sis-in-laws advice-who where she lives has outstanding service. It just didn't work out for us.

So we switched to Vzw and our service where we live is great-no complaints at all! Cust svc is wonderful also

So it all depends on your area

ATT is great in out area. Im for any GSM network, so ATT in my book.
