UNICEF has a new cellphone-related project designed to get clean water to children in underdeveloped countries. Go to this web page in your phone's browser, and then follow the instructions by... just putting your phone down and not touching it for at least 10 minutes. "Since 2007, the UNICEF Tap Project has helped children worldwide gain access to clean water. For 2014, the UNICEF Tap Project challenges you to save a child's life by putting down your phone. For every ten minutes you don't touch your phone, UNICEF can provide one day of clean water to a child in need."

That's what I thought too, thanks for replying. So easy, no apps or anything needed. Just open the web page and put the phone down. (Always good to put the crack down once in a while - haha!)

I hope people see this thread-- I wasn't sure if I was posting it in the right place, but this seemed to be the logical place for it.
