The manufacturer cannot sell more, that doesn't mean that retailers who have already paid for them cannot continue selling them... It was just an injunction until they decide what to actually do about it. The case isn't finished yet. It wouldn't be fair to require retailers to sit on stock because of a mistake the manufacturer made...
