I'm good. Hey Corupt. Haven't seen you in a while.

I understand that Shells. That's why I did the pvc thing, heaters are expensive. Remember the warmer it is the more chemicals you need.

Coffee! Today our young reining horse is competing in his first big show at the Denver Equestrian Events Center - it's the big time for him. I'll be going down for it soon.

    (YaawwwwnnNNN) Morning, everyone.

    From deep slumber, I arise.

Wipe the sleepys from my eyes.

And through my shades, I do peruse,

A delightful scene, that does amuse.

    A carnival, an awesome sight!

To fill our children, with delight.

So drop some dough, on this hump day.

And get out here! Enjoy some play.

Well, Wednesday already. I hope you all are doing well. Wolf, I pray that you are finally able to get dried out. No offense, but wet Wolf has that, shall we say, aura that is quite, shall we say, distinctive?

Morning, ex. Best of luck on that event, and that your horse show well in his first attempt.

Yup, most writers get up and go write right away. Several hours later they emerge from their creative fog and have no idea what they've just written. But when they reread it, they think "damn, I wrote that!!??"

Well, the training is one phase, getting used to the crowds and responding may take a little getting used to. We had a mustang colt that a young lady selected for a barrel racer. He trained beautifully, but it took 7 public runs before he did well with the noise.

He turned out to be one heck of a performer, though.

    Not so much,
    I'm sad to say.
    It's wet a$$ wolf,
    Again today.

    So hold your nose,
    And mind your tongue.
    Or I'll drop by,
    And eat your young!

The difference between a professional creative writer and those of us who dream of being a writer is the ability to tap that state consistently. Most of us can't.

Well, ex, as far as the writing goes, or the cooking, it's like the Harry Chapin song, Mr.Tanner.

"Music was his life, but it was not his livlihood.
And it made him feel so happy, and it made him feel so good.

'Cause he sang from his heart, and he sang from his soul.

He did not care how well he sang, it just made him whole."

    That sums it up well.

We all make choices about the paths we follow. I have a drawer full of terrible screenplays. Never had the courage to try and make a go of it. I write everyday, however. Maybe something will come of it, but if not, I get to cleanse my soul and put a little of myself on paper for my children to know me.

You should do it because you love it, as you do. I'd like to see some more of your work, but I like what I have. Get some confidence young lady, and feel good about yourself. You've got talent!
