I understand being paranoid weezer, my 3 yr old has a blood disease. Hereditary Spherocytosis. Mouth full eh? Through a long chain of issues, really low immune system.

Wow skinns, sorry to hear that. It's rough when somethings wrong with the kids. BS, I've got good insurance, so a $75 trip to the family doctor costs me $10. Emergency hospital visits are covered 100%. If I didn't have insurance, totally different story.

Thats the strange part, my wife and I never had any issues or reason to think we were carriers of anything. But apparently we both carry the unexpressed trait or gene or whatever you call it.

Yeah, I saw that BS. Crazy isn't it? My daughter had a minor 20 minute outpatient surgery and it cost over $6000. It's insane. I used to work in operating rooms, and they would tell me how much was charged for a lot of things. A big black garbage bag? $50. Multiply that by 40 patients on one day in just one facilty. That's a whole lot of money. A box of 100 of those bags cost $27. Disgusting.
