Happy Thanksgiving!

For us, we had two birds this year. One for eating, one for later consumption. Smoked nicely, seasoned just right, and moist as can be.

I hope everyone is having a delightful gathering or dinner, as I am engaged in bringing bottles that will soon contain the bounty of another harvest: Beer.

Oh. The way I learned to do it was wait to get the bottles until after they contained beer. Making some home brew? What variety?

It's raining in Toronto and I still haven't been able to sleep since I tried sleeping @ 4am. Lights already setup in the living room and bedroom (had to turn 'em off during the time I tried to sleep, too bright!).

On top of that, the wired dresser collapsed after it buckled causing a MEGA mess. Cheap piece of shat wasn't supposed to shatter had it not been steel and pieced together with wanky sub-par quality concrete assembly parts. Was $99 at IKEA three years ago. Glad I didn't break any arms or legs when that happened.

Lost a few hard drives stored in the middle section, which went flying when it collapsed. They're dead as a burned out light bulb's exploding filament.
