I love camping! I've been since I was 6 weeks old. As long as I dont see a rat or a huge spider..other than that im fine in the wilderness lol.

I've seen plenty of rats in my day, but never when camping. Where are you going, and how "roughing it" are you going to get?

I just dont like rats they freak me out and I scream and climb on top of the furniture and make someone kill them haha.
Last year we had one in the motor home and my step mom was screaming and I was and my dad was laughing at us cause we were freaking out haha. I aint roughin it that bad haha. At hords creek, its a nice place.

I'm no fan of rats myself. Lived in an apartment a longtime ago, it was an old place, built in the 20's. Used to be a stable on the ground floor where my apartment was, and it was not far from the ocean. The rat's were used to coming there in the winter to keep warm. Took 3 months to figure out how they were getting in, and it was 3 months of heck, I tell you!

This site has a pretty pic of the lake. It has a good park, really clean and everyone is always really nice there. I LOVE going there, wished I could of went more this year but since my step mom lost her job it was harder.

That looks like a very nice place to camp. Small campground and a lot of area to enjoy.

It's not really small and its not so huge. Has a swiming area, and you can take your boat on the lake. Yes every campsite has area around it and we get one thats in a circle with 4 or 5 spots and our family stays there its alot of fun. I'm so excited!!!!!!!

I just notice the number of campsites. 60 isn't small, but it's no KOA either. That sounds even better now.

Yeah there is 2 sides so they have 120 camp sites in all and 510 acres. KOA?

It's pretty big but I've walked alot of it. The KAO shows abilene and I've been to that one. It's really nice but harder to get spots together. Thats where we use to go every year then last year we had it at hords creek and everyone loves it.
