Me too, I haven't given up hope yet. It's just been disappointing as of late. There's one mod who has been criticized by others already. Apparently not enough yet.

For those of you interested, here's what I was talking about.

I quoted AG's first post, he replied, then edited my post and deleted his post which is stated in the thread. Then he replied to what I said towards him about editing my post and I told him to go and fix all the other hi-jacked threads while he was at it. Now you see who's post are still there and who's aren't! Granted I did delete my first post on my own.

Dang, SG! I need a cytologist to follow that.
Maybe if you could provide a flow chart?
Lol, I think I followed it. Next time a mod does something to bug you, make a big fuss and totally take the thread over. Next time you post, they'll be too scared to post in the same thread as you :p
Maybe I don't see enough of that since I've been taking a break, but there have been some silly changes.
I finally got in and added a pic to my profile. We were having fun learning to resize a pic, not perfect, but at least it's there now.

Heck Beast, you ever need any image work done, you know where I am.
Lol, my dad was walking around looking at all the junk people are putting out. He found a 42" rear projection Sony. Just brought it home. Gonna plug it in tommorrow and see if it works :p
Katy Perry photoshopped so she's sitting on the hood of a Challenger :)
All I can say SG is that Ken is a friend - and was one to you too, if I remember right. He and I have spent hours together helping newbies. It seems like he was acting on a pet peeve. I can see your side too. One thing that makes CB fun is the way threads can go off in unexpected directions. Ed, did you ever expect TBL to be even half as successful?

Give it up you sick twisted freak.
Thanks amigo. I am still learning a lot of this stuff with computers, but muddle through, most of the time. I only joined the computer world in 2k, and just added our first functional one at home last year.
The BB brought me into the smaller version of the computer world, but it does most of what I need done.

:( I guess the picture of her with the messy hair holding the knife will have to do...
It has been so different, and so much better than I could have ever dreamed Mike. And I consider Ken a friend too.
Well, Mike, I don't know that any of us expects a thread to take off like TBL has. Kangaruex's Pouch has probably been a surprising success for a member named thread.
It started as a cute, and has become a gathering place for us to 'settle down" for the night. We sit around and chat, and it is really nice, and I'm glad it has been good for us in many ways.
That thread actually brought me onto Wolfs radar.

I knew it would be, but I've got experience with TBL, and Kanga.
The Magnificent Marsupial however, did not believe me for a second. She does not see herself as she is.
I first saw one of her posts when she joined back in January. I thought her screen name was delightful even then.

I have friends who tell me my berry is just a phone and I correct them with "it's a computer with a phone attached!" I do think these hand helds are the future - they will be our link to the digital world. My staff already use handhelds to enter most of the data they collect and their actions during their shifts. If one can't use one, they'll be left behind. I'm sure you're learning that computers are a whole lot easier than you thought before you started using one.

Yeah, but that's not what drew me to her.
I remember that she didn't think anyone could make a unique thread name with hers. I kinda had an idea right away, but also thought that as a double entendre, it might be a good name for an "establishment".And here it is approaching a grand in posts.

Anyhow I'm fading out so before I pass out and leave everything running all night, I better take off :p Try not to be too mean to the moderators guys ;) Later :p
I guess I have been missing out. I'll have to get my sleeping bag out of the closet and come over to the Roux Room.

I concur Mike. I still thank that young lady at my Sprint store for listening to what I wanted a device to be able to do. And it has helped me stay in touch with people at home, to boot.
Never had I thought I would ever have something this small open up my world as it has. And I HATED cell phones.
