Mike, I did two battery pulls. I also tried the host routing table, and it says it will send once data service is restored.
I can see my Access Point, but my UMA connection isn't working.

Yeah I know. It wouldn't send the picture and froze my media folder trying to load it so I had to cancel it. :( I know what cage it is you are talking about though. Pets Plus has one for $300 and I can get it online for less than half that. Right now you are showing as unreachable.

Ok, ish! The last, and only, time mine did that I had to reinstall my OS - not saying you will, I just did that on my own instead of calling CS. I think I got some temporary relief by opening Manage Connection icon and turning my service on and off a couple times., but it's been a while and my memory isn't what it used to be, :o

FARM N FLEET
So I'm talking to Rebecca at T*Mo. I tell her I can't connect to wifi or cellular network.
She starts by telling me how to turn the wireless off and on.
Then tells me how to connect to a wireless network.
I tell her I know how to do all that. I connect to it every day. It worked all afternoon, then it quit.... I notice that it sees my wifi network. So I tell her that's not the issue.
She tells me that they don't troubleshoot wifi anymore than that because it's not their network and they can't guarentee it....

Jef, call back and make sure you're talking to the blackberry specialist (I know you were) then ask to speak to their router department. You were unlucky and got a bonehead.

I'm using the online chat.
And sometimes you can get the wifi portion going again by powering your router off then back on and letting it restart.

Oh, :). If you get too frustrated, you can try calling the router people, but if you can't connect to the network either, it's probably something in your device. :(.

Mike, the wifi seems to be working, as it sees my network, and it sees the AP when I go into diagnostic mode. Should I try a wipe or reload the OS? TMo was useless, because my wife isn't home and I don't have another phone available to test my SIM

I'm trying to remember what I did when this happened to me. Let me poke around with mine for a minute and see if I can jog my memory. I always feel a reload is a big step for a problem like this. But if you do reload your OS, it should restart your connections.

Have you gone to options-mobile network and checked your settings? They should be - Data Services - On; Connection Preferences - WiFi Preferred; Mobile Network - T-Mobile; Network Selection Mode - Automatic.

I understand. It might also be a glitch on their end that will resolve itself in a bit. I'll keep thinking about it and try to remember what I did.

The network was AT&T, so I changed the selection mode to manual, and it scanned for networks, and timed out.
I'm going to go out to the garage and re-scan.

Well, looked like things were rolling right along, and then I got off the phone.
