well chad, try to figure out what could be bothering you-without driving yourself crazy of course cuz that'll make it worse, and 2nd-try to get a nap in for yourself today before work. It could also be that because you are doing soo much-your body is in 'over drive' right now and that's why your mind is racing even while ypour trying to sleep. Do you have chamomile tea? Perhaps you can try a bit of that to calm yourself.....just a suggestion:)
