it sounds as if you body doesn't need much sleep-so perhaps when you do sleep nights-your sleeping too long...and after a couple of days your body catches up-then it say "I'm good - don't sleep anymore!" So maybe - if you tried to create a "sleeping schedule" everynight-say go to bed at 11 or 12 (weekends diff) and get up at say 6 or 7ish so its only 7-8hrs sleep-maybe your body will adjust to that then. Have you tried that? Just a suggestion:)

Kind of. I used to go to try to go to bed every night around 12 and was up around 6, but then I was exhausted like nothing else.
