Roll up the notebook paper, slip it in the pipe and down around the ping pong ball, twist until tight, remove said pingpong ball, take your tools with you and go home. Either that or a linear shaped charge should be able to destroy the pipe regardless how invincible it is. If not, call in an air strike.

Okay time to think.

You are in a room. Kinda like SAW. You have to get out or you will die.
In the room, there is a 1 foot pipe. The pipe is welded into the floor, and it is invincible.
In that Pipe there is a PingPong Ball. If you get it out, you are free to leave.
You have a Hammer, a 2x4 that is 2 feet long and a piece of wide ruled notebook paper.
How do you get out?

I forgot to mention that the pipe is just big enough for the pingpong ball to come in and out.
