Serious answer. Because it's a southern thing, meaning nothing when directed at someone you don't know, just like darling. I try and only use those expressions for Wonderful myself, but a lot of southern gentlemen would use them on anyone. Don't take offense, they're just trying to be kind.

Blah! I've gotta hit the shower and get this Friday rolling. Yay for time off panda. Hope it's much better than anticipated for you.

im not offended (sp?) just was courious. I guess its better than little lady. LOL yeah hopefully so. Birthday boy wants to go to a bar tonight so it might not be bad at all. If they are all drunk all weekend its better for me they wont remember as much haha!

in 'Winterboard - Select Themes' - try dragging the banner that has the sms tone to the top.
(hold your finger on the horizontal lines on the right side of each banner to move them around).
Apparently, Winterboard is hierarchical, so whatever is at the top has more 'clout'.

Edit: Just came across this app...AnyRing from Cydia ($3.99 after free trial) lets you use any song or portion of a song that you have on your device as a ringtone or sms tone.

Edit #2: Finally. Something I've missed from BB...NotePad (native), there is a similar program on Cydia called Xpandr for $1.99
