Thank you for all of the well wishes yesterday. I am in a better mood this morning. Still tired as heck, but in a good mood.

Wow, it really is a small world. I just ran into a girl I was friends with in middle school, back in Levittown, at the Rite Aid here in Coatesville. She was paying & I couldn't see her face, but her voice was familiar. She turned around & was as surprised as I was to see a familiar face.

I got some good news today. CS with at&t called me, giving me an update. She said they found the hardware problem, and order the part. Should be fixed in a couple days, which is good because I rarely can load a web page anymore. Then she asked if they'd been reimbursing enough. I talked her into swapping me into the Onyx Delta when it comes out. As much as they've ticked me off, I have to <3 them. She took off another months worth of data too.

I've never had but good experience with at&t CS. They've bent over backwards to ensure I continue being a loyal customer. I just finished off my $100 rebate card. All told in the last 6 months I've received $50 off for that data outage at the end of the year, my Onyx they paid me $47 for after rebate, two $30 deductions for data, and the baited anticipation of the newest device.
