Well, I'm parked for the night. First run is Houston, Texas for Monday afternoon. Still fighting the cold I picked up this week, so I wasn't gonna push it today. Made it down into Oklahoma, and that's good enough.

It's nice to have a roomy truck again. The cathedral ceiling is just hard to beat for a driver, and when I get home, I'll get my wrap-around curtain for the front window, and it will feel like a small apartment again.

They have some great brews AG. Fine artistic labels too. The quality out if smaller breweries like them, Dogfish and Bell's give pause to why anyone would drink a beer from a major brewery. Unless of course you like Bud. That's a really fine merlot, especially considering the price. I bet you and Mrs. M would love it.

My favorites are for outstanding unique flavor, and serious abv, the 120 by Dogfish Head Craft Brewed Ales | Off-centered stuff for off-centered people
For a cream stout it's Bell's Brewery, Inc.
For a porter Samuel Smith, who also make an outstanding Imperial Stout
Then there's Young's Pub, Young's Brewery, London Pub, Pubs in London, London Hotels, who make a fabulous dessert beer, their Double Chocolate Stout. They also have a nice Oatmeal Stout. The chocolate stout I see in cans, don't buy it. Demand a bottle
I've also heard Fat Tire | New Belgium is very good, but I haven't found it on the east coast yet.
Chimay: the art of Trappist cheese and beer. makes a couple nice brews too. It's Mike's favorite.
