Most of today was about physical stuff and endless gobs of paperwork. 82 forms to fill out, copies of documents to make, 5 written tests, DOT, State, Federal, taxes, insurance, histories, IRA, HIPAA, PMIs, urinalysis, 4 videos, logbooks, permission forms!
Lift 30, 50, 75 lb weights multiple times, carry them repeatedly back and forth, pull on this, push on that, broke 2 machines in the process. Guy gave me a look and asked me how I yanked a 600 lb weight machine off its pedestal with a 175 lb man on it. I asked him why it wasn't anchored, and what would have happened if I'd been serious. I hit myself in the head with the machine.
