    you all know its pronounced 'twenty ten' (2010)
    when people say 'two thousand and ten' that means 2000.10 "And" means a decimal.
    Otherwise say 'two thousand ten'
    it makes me LOL when i hear two thousand and ten

    B.C. = Before Christ (The years before he was born).

    A.D. = Anno Domini. The year he was born and all the years since.

    There is no time in between, because A.D. began when he was born.
