Actually I made it a little better and easier to understand:
1. Place eggs in a saucepan with enough COLD tap water to cover completely by 1 inch. Bring to a ROLLING boil over HIGH heat. Once the water is brought to a rolling boil, PROMPTLY reduce heat to a lower medium boil and cook an additional 12 minutes for a “hard boiled” egg.

2. Remove from heat and IMMEDIATELY place eggs under ice cold water to help yolks stay bright yellow. Chill for a few minutes in the cold water until the egg is completely cooled. This is an extremely important step which prevents the greenish “ring” from forming on the surface of the yolk over time. If the egg is not chilled immediately after cooking an unsightly dark greenish ring will eventually appear on the outside of the yolk.

If anyone plans to actually eat the eggs after may I suggest that you stay away from the decorating kits w/ glitter. Unless glitter stuck in your teeth matches your easter outfit.

Nope no guy like that at my work. My lil' ol' company only has 4 people in it. But technically if there were such a guy he would be me....ooooh here we go.....which saves me a fee...cuz I do that for free...but I'm not a he...proud to be a she...and yes I sit when I pee!

Kasi I'm happy to hear things are still good for you! As for your trainee it really is hard teaching someone things you do automatically. Try making a checklist or little cheat cards so you don't end up answering the same dang questions 500 times a day. Good luck!

Thanks! Luckily this guy has worked in kitchens before so it is just a matter of teaching him the recipes. Training him won't be so bad after all.
