Yes they do have Radio station apps now but they are in the AppWorld and hate it. She deflated cause she found out about the chick with the tube and the radio stations. Lmfao, wowzerz at my own post.

Sorry to hear that the iPhone dun stole your app but if you email your station and let them know that you would like them to create one they most likely will (the station won't but AirKast might?). Also, check out AirKast, Inc. for more info and what not. They are working on fixing some bugs and issues, the very interesting part is that I just sent them 2 emails about a issue/bug and got a reply back in less then 5 minutes.

It was automated either, they are also going to be sending me the newer version in advance to test it out on the hybrid OS that I have.

Hmmm. I may have to do that. I can get all of the Clear Channel stations with iheartradio but I don't really listen to those ones around here much anymore.

I'm not sure about Moodio, really haven't played with it but the app includes live streaming of the channel, podcast, most popular song, recently played, your favorites, album name/song names/lyrics (if available), option to buy the complete album online. It will also stay in the background while playing, so ya can browse the net and what not.

Lol, nice pick. Once these bugs/issues get resolved these apps will be quite handy for those out and about that don't have access to a portable radio. You can buy full albums/songs via amazon.

Never a problem Brian!

Haven't had a chance to play with it yet, but I did download my favorite NY talk radio station. Also along for the ride came the Yahoo Messenger I'd been fighting with, and what a huge improvement that is. Not only do file transfers work, they work BB to PC, and you can transfer multiple files at a time. Now I need to test it with Brian.

Very nice looking ham lady kaka! If only it were Kosher.

No problem, if you experience any issues/bugs email them or send me a message via bbm and I will let them know about it. Spread the word about AirKast, its like Pandora but just for local radio stations.

Yes it does, I'm waiting for tech support to respond back to couple emails I sent with screen shots. I will let ya know when they decide to release a new version aka maybe 2.2.

The worst one is this one, it would do a total freeze up and had to pull the battery for this one.


The first 2 have been fixed in version 2.2 but the last 2 are still an issue.

You can buy individual songs or full albums from amazon I think that's the portal where you buy them from and not sure if when you buy them that amazon will let you download the songs/albums to your device/sd card though.

I thought it was Monday and should find out what their tech support hours are, that would be helpful.

Very true, I might actually talk to tech support about the whole buying option and I don't buy songs/cds anymore. I just use Pandora or apps like this and I don't use torrents/limeware programs, those just get you in trouble and you will end up broke and in jail if caught.

Nice. AirKast has one for the broadcasting company for 93.3 WMMR. I don't see one for 92.5 XTU, but I think Cat Country is just about the same station.

They should be developing more radio apps for more stations soon, I could be wrong though. Lol! I will ask them about this too tomorrow.
