Once upon a time, there was a cat that died. When she got to heaven, God asked her how she liked being on earth. She told the Lord that it was awful -- she had to sleep in cold black alleys, where there was no food and life was hard. God told her that he was sorry it had had turned out that way -- but here, in heaven, she would be happy and He would give her the most comfortable, warm pillow to sleep on. The cat lay down upon the pillow and was happy. A few days later, about a dozen mice that came to heaven together and God asked them how they had liked earth. The earth was no better for them than it was the cat. They explained to God that it was tough and exhausting and their feet were worn out from always running from cats and dogs and people. God felt bad for the mice and decided to give them roller-skates. One day God sees the cat again and asked her how she liked heaven. She explained that it was absolutely wonderful. The pillow he gave her was the most comfortable place that she had ever slept on, but even better than the pillow was the meals on wheels.

Boo It's so cold out. It wouldn't be so bad if I owned a coat heavier than a hoodie, but I don't. I asked Steve to be home on time tonight to take me to work, because of the cold/wind but he said he has to take one of the guys from work to his girlfriend's house & then to his parent's. He doesn't have to, especially since the guy hasn't given him a dime for gas money & he's been doing this for him for a few weeks now.

I know this sounds kind of bad but I'm ready to tell him he can't be giving guys at work rides like he is. He put $75 of fuel in the truck on Friday (3/4 of a tank) and by Tuesday night the truck was on E. We didn't go anywhere over the weekend, except him taking me to work on Sunday. Most of that fuel was used to take one coworker of his from Downingtown to Lionville then from there to Parkesburg on Monday and another from Downingtown to Pottstown to Douglasville on Tuesday.

Yeah, we do. =/ I understand he is trying to do them a favor but running them all over the place to take care or errands they have to do? I have to practically beg him to run me to the gas station down the street sometimes and even then he's usually too tired.

Last week when the bus was late & I was late to work he said "Now do you see how important it is for you to get your license?". Having that wouldn't make any difference when we only have 1 vehicle & he would have it most of the time. If he had come home right after work and hadn't been running Ryan around I wouldn't of had to take the bus in the first place.

Sigh.
