I don't know if you guys remember, but my dog, Ruby, dislocated her shoulder a few weeks ago when she was run over by a horse. We took her to the vet and spent $400 to get it put back in. It popped out again last week and we spent another $400 getting it put back in,
. Well the darn thing came out again this morning. Our vet couldn't be bothered seeing her as an emergency even though he is on call! We took her to the emergency vet hospital instead. Good thing we went there. The emergency doc charged a hundred less and his practice has an ortho guy who can do the surgery she needs. At least we found a vet who will be there if we need one during an emergency.
