I just woke up to find out that the army base that's not to far from my house had a shooting. they said like 9 people died and 31 injured.

It was 12 people killed. the shooting has been all over the news since this afternoon. They said on the 5 o'clock news here that they believe the soldier that did it may have been upset over an upcoming deployment.

The number went up slightly through the day. When I first heard it was only 7.

It is horrible that this happened. Some people are sick.

At least they caught it early enough for treatment. Left untreated it could lead to serious problems.

I just got texts from friends, and my bf telling me that when I woke up. I dont get people, cant believe he would do that.

Well she had been saying it was hurting and stuff, and finally got ahold of her doc said it was bad enough to admit her, hopefully they can get it back to normal.

I'm ok, my legs are really sore from riding to & from work the last two days. I am so glad I don't have to ride my bike there Saturday & Sunday.

Yep, it was. I missed the news at 11 but I know this afternoon they were saying that the shooter was dead and 2 other men were in custody. They deserve to be locked behind bars for the rest of their lives if they were involved.


Haha I know. My legs are gonna be seriously toned after a few weeks of this.

The shooter and any co-conspirators will have a military tribunal, and then most likely be executed for their actions. A little different than our court system, and very effective. I'm sure Beast could explain it quite eloquently.
