In Bucks I could get on one SEPTA bus and go from NE Philly to the Oxford Valley Mall (at least 15 miles) for only $2! And you have to call 24 hours in advance to make a reservation! What kind of "public" transportation is that?!

Sounds like the goonies of living in the boonies kaka. It's probably the only way they can afford to have them run at all. Be like the rest of Philly, jack a car, and call it your own.

Probably. It's a private bus company so that would explain it. It says on their site that they work with SEPTA... Yeah I haven't seen a single SEPTA bus out here yet. If I had more than a couple bucks on me I'd take the train; There's a station right around the corner and one right in front of the resturaunt. I don't think I have enough to get there & back though. Posted from my CrackBerry at wapforums.crackberry.com I couldn't do that. If it stays the way it is now riding my bike won't be a problem. It's only about a mile or two up the road. Knowing my luck it'll not be raining when I leave and then start pouring when I'm halfway there.

The nice thing is, by the time I'm done talking with him & taking the test I have to take (150 questions) Steve should be getting done work so I can have him stop on his way home to pick me up.
I'm kind of nervous about this afternoon too. I'm sure I'll do fine... Its just that's been almost 4 years since I've had to go to an interview or anything like that. I wasn't good at them back then and I doubt I am now either.
I know being ServSafe certified will help me out a bit when it comes to getting a job in a restaurant and having been a crew leader & AKM will help out a little too.
