    You may find it harder for the boss to say no, if you already have a solution. Especially if you make arrangements to work the extra 2 hours for the person covering, somewhere else in the pay week.

    Actually she owes me an hour because I stayed an extra hour one day for her because she couldnt come in and the other person didnt get here till 8am. So I'm gonna ask If they can come in at 6 and they could leave at 2 because someone else would be here. IDK, we will see when I ask her at 7.

    It's that long to get anywhere decent. Would take at least that long to get to a beach. I'm driving 4 hours to my bf's house, then after that I only have to ride along.

    Ah yuck. Someone needs to relocate! Its an hour from me to the beach, an hour to NYC, an hour to the mountains to snowboard, 2 hours to the casino. I can not complain.
