I found if I smoked a few cigs, it didn't bother me as much. That was at 19. Fast forward to 30, and my back which had been bad since an accident at 19, gave out. The doctor I was seeing had me on heavy amounts of percocets. It triggered ulcerative colitis, and one of the things that helps keep it under control, is smoking. Since the ulcer brought me as close to death as anyone would want to come, being 6", I choose to smoke.
