    That has me baffled Mike. The OS 5.0 not working BBM5. It's crazy, but I know it's true. I don't know anyone happy with a Jav 5.0 OS, and the tour seems pretty fubar also. Give it time kaka, let the new devices fiddle with it, till it's starts working properly, then you'll probably have yours.

    Yeah, I know. It just sucks cause this is the second round of 5.0 leaked for the other devices and not one has come up for the Flip yet.

    Yep, it took forever to find too! I opened every carrier link and then went through all of the ones that have the 8220 listed. My eyes hurt so bad after that.

    I've known that for a while. They don't have enough internal memory to handle it. The 8330 might get it, but that will most likely be the only 83XX to. If you do a search the the Blackberry OS Super Page you will see that there has been a known 5.0 build made for just about all of the devices from the 81XX and on; most of which have been scraped already because the devices just can't handle them.

    The 83xx's have a lot less memory, and I believe a slower processor too. They and the Pearls live on the edge with 4.5. Anymore software and there would be zero file free at all.

    Yep, but if any of the older devices get it, it will be the 8330. It is the only older device that has enough memory to handle it (or so I've heard). A few people on this site that are known to have inside connections have said that developement on 5.0 for all older devices except the 8330 have been halted. We'll have to wait and see if they even continue on with it though.
