He is! Wolf had a talk with him one day because he was rude to someone asking why their BBM was gone after installing BBM 5.0. He didn't offer the person any help. All he said was do a search and told them not to call verizon ******** about it because it isn't their problem. The guy is a ****, and wonders why he was called out in a blog post complaining about the way the Verizon reps on here speak to people.

That's certainly bad enough. I'll post links, type out something, or go find something for someone, telling a person who doesn't know how to search doesn't help very much.

I've gotten some pretty nice thank you PMs for some of the stuff I've helped people find or get here lately.

Well, if you aren't being helpful at least don't be a ****. (Not directed at you in any way, just a generalization). I hate it when you see someone that just joined ask a question and get attacked for not doing a search. In that time that it took the person to ***** them out for not searching, they could have just answered the question or better yet, pressed the back key and walked away from the thread.

The thank you's make my day! That's the thing about searching BK, new people don't do it because they really don't know how to do it effectively. Once people get some experience, they start searching. And after a time, they won't ask a question because they don't want anyone to know they don't know something.
