Hi Shilah.

I know it sounds crazy, but maybe find something to break, tear down, etc. That can be a good outlet to release negative energy.

Or, go the other way. Find something that needs to be restored, fixed, or mended and do that. Find something in your life that is within your power to change for the better and change it.
That might help you start to feel positive again.

I am ok now I guess. I didn't realize that my face is red and has spots all over it from crying but my dad noticed ugh other than that I'm ok I'm at a resturant about to eat some lunch with my BFF.

I'm being lazy today. Hung out in Snohomish (WA) all day yesterday. Did a little fishing, a little swimming, then my kids and I hung out on 1st St.

1st St. is basicaly old downtown Snohomish River Town. All of he buildings are from the early 1900's and are restored beautifully.
