Dang Cate, I'm sorry. You must really be in a lot of pain. They're probably going to make you take antibiotics first. Should see if someone can make your first appointment and then tag it to the insurance later. Then you can get some painkillers.

This is really good advice. I spent nearly 2 months strait on antibiotics one time waiting until I had saved enough money to get my $400 tooth pulled. It sucked, crappy side effects, but it was worth it. Motrin really does help for the inflammation too.
Hope it gets better soon hon. Here's my pin in case you need another chick to vent to about the ******* man you are surely better off without.
