Using Desktop Manager.

Unzip the file and save somewhere that you can find it. The .alx and .cod file need to be in the same folder.
Plug your Blackberry into the PC
Run DM
Select App Loader - Add Applications
When the list of apps comes up, click the button that says "Browse" and locate the .alx file for the theme.
Select open.
When it finishes loading scroll down the app list and make sure the theme name is there, checked off, and says "install" under the "Actions" column.
Press Next, Press Finish.
Allow theme to load.
