Hey there corupt, I'd it's just a link provided by your carrier, as it sounds like it is, hide the icon. Otherwise it will just keep coming back. The icon is only a couple K, so it's not gonna matter to your file free memory

Hey C, that's a pushed icon they put in your services boolks. It is tiny, just a shortcut to the download. I'd either hide it or drop it in a folder and hide the folder. It'll just keep coming back.
