Easiest way is to use the magic wand to select the part you want to color, then use the hue/saturation tool to change the color.

That's cool kiddo, glad your happy. The sad face threw me off. You need more help just let me know. I've got CS3, I don't know which Photoshop you have. But the two tools I mentioned you should have. The wand can be tricky, you need to adjust the power right or it's a PITA. I start off with a higher number which varies with the surroundings, to select as much as possible in one click, then make the number smaller when I get around areas with similar colors.

Okay, I'll mess around with it some today If I have time or somethin. Uhh, not sure which one I have its like 7 or something. Not that great, but its easy to edit pics so its fine with me. I just posted the because I wanted a hug lol Im running low on hugs! ACK!
