I keep getting "communication error" messages, even when I am on EDGE and have 5 bars of service. But I don't know if it's T-Mo or just my phone, which is why I'm going to call them. They can reset my data plan and resend my internet SB's. My email is coming through just fine, and my apps don't seem to have a problem, its only happening in the browser.

my bb was acting weird yesterday too! I thought rim was down bacause I couldn't get bbm & browser-i did a batt pull just for the heck of it-and that worked. I'm guessing you tried a batt pull and that didn't resolve the issue either well I hope you get it resolved soon!

Kasi, have you tried registering and clearing your cache? That might help:

Register Device: Click options> click advanced options> roll down and click host routing table> press your menu key> select register now> click back and close.

Clear the Event Log: Open the log (alt-lglg)> press menu key> select clear log.

To clear cache, while in your browser> press menu key> select options> select cache operations> select clear content cache> press back.

Oh, do a batt pull after you've done that stuff. When I had my old Curve, I did those steps every few days to keep it tuned and working well.

Yep, I tried that. I forgot about BBM, that's taking a while to send my messages too. Not as bad as it was Saturday but its still slow.

Yep. I cleared my cache, call log, text messages, email inboxes, and event log, did a batt pull, registered my HRT, sent service books from both my phone and T-Mo's BIS site.

Ok, now that I got that out of the way. If your receiving and sending except your browser, I would think it to be a OS problem. Mike's right, get your service books resent first and see if that solves it. If not, you were talking about loading a hybrid OS. Did you? If you haven't, at least try upgrading, or if you've got the latest then downgrade and upgrade again, or follow my guide. I added instructions for wiping now. Then you can reinstall the OS you have now. Something has probably gotten corrupted. Hope that's all proper English and comprehensive. I'm driving, and almost got an 18 wheeler in my side. Greedy 2 lane hogging blah blah blah!
