nahhh. Not me. Too cold. And its too cold. I don't like the cold. And I do get sea sick-i can't even go on my fathers boat anymore we use to fish down in barneget bay every weekend for fluke, crabs, blues. Oh I caught a frigin fluke once-no bull it was 26" long head to tail! That was a really good dinner!

One of my friends lobster fishes off of the Jersey Shore; he hopes to one day get out to Alaska and join one of those crews. We keep telling him he's not allowed because of how dangerous it is.

He's only doing the lobster fishing now as a recreational thing. He has family that live out near Asbury, NJ. He had moved out there for a year and worked with his dad and a few other relatives as fishermen but ended up moving back here because he wasn't making enough money.

His family doesn't want him going out there either. The entire reason that show is called "Deadliest Catch" is because commerical fishing is one of the deadliest jobs in the US.
