I was out in the tow truck with my fiance earlier because we had to go drop something off at a body shop and on our way back we saw a car pulled over on the side of 95 facing the wrong way with the front end all smashed up. We pulled over to make sure whoever was in the car was ok because the cops weren't there yet. The guy tried to avoid hitting a deer and lost control of his car. The cops showed up and gave him a breathalizor test & the pen tip test. The driver of the car was arrested for being under the influence of alcohol and marijuana.

Good day to stay in then. Relax with the two troublemakers, drink wine and watch sappy movies. The sleep didn't last kaka, what happened?

I plan on staying in. I don't need to leave the house for anything today so I'm set.

Nope, it didn't last and I have no clue why. Thursday night was the last night I actually got a decent sleep. Come Friday night I couldn't fall asleep no matter how hard I tried.

I'm actually going to try that melatonin thing that was suggested once I can get out to find some. I'm sure they sell that at GNC so I'm going to pick some up as soon as I can.

Yeah GNC, or any drug store. Problem with something like that is the body produces it and regulates it. I could be wrong, but I would expect your physical production to drop when you introduce more into your system. I'm more of a fan of relaxation techniques. I don't like taking anything I don't have to. But if it works for you, G_d bless.

I know some people who use meletonin and swear by it. I used to use tylenol pm when I was on nights and couldn't sleep - but that's not a good option for insomnia except once in a while.

I had a basement, now just a crawl space full of wires I've ran in it...but yeah that sounds like a plan. My grandparents live in Sarasota, I know the storm tendencies, I think I need to take a vacation there ASAP.
